We are looking for volunteers who would like to use their office admin and organisational skills, and experience to assist our office team in a friendly community hub which supports the local community with a range of groups, activities and workshops. All our volunteers are trained and supported as needed.
You will assist the team at Kingsmeadow @ MadeForever (K@M4E) with general administrative and receptionist tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, updating databases and records, booking appointments and assist in coordinating events and processing data.
You will also use your organisational and communication skills to become a key part of the team.

Experience, skills and person specification:
- Previous experience in office administration
- Reliable, committed with a positive friendly manner
- Good written, listening and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office
- Confident working independently as well as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls, emails and front desk enquiries
- Maintain our filing system and keep accurate, confidential records
- Assist in preparing forms, reports and newsletters
- Assist with maintaining and updating our CRM system
- Order office supplies, etc
