- To assist our IT Support Lead in promoting digital literacy for the service users
of our free Help with Tech sessions in a friendly and accessible manner
- To use a patient approach and your knowledge of technology to support
service users who will range from having no experience to limited
experience/knowledge of technology
- To be able to explain tech concepts and use in simple, user-friendly language

Experience, skills and person specification:
- Previous experience with computers and technology
- Reliable, committed with a positive friendly manner
- Good listening and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills with experience of the latest technology trends and updates
- Confident working independently as well as part of a team
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide one to one/small group assistance to help users gain confidence and
experience of using a range of technology
- Support and guide service users in accessing online services including email
and social media, etc
