We are looking for volunteers who would like to use their customer service skills within our charity shop in our local community hub. Your friendly personality and team spirit will contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who comes into our shop.
By sorting and selling donated goods, you will directly impact our charity's mission and help provide affordable second hand goods to our local community. You will be part of a team fostering a sense of community by engaging with and building relationships with regular customers.

Experience, skills and person specification:
- Previous experience in retail
- Reliable, committed with a positive friendly manner
- Ability to organise displays and shelves neatly and a creative eye for visual displays
- Confident working with customers independently
- Good attention to detail
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Assist with sorting, categorising and pricing items
- Keep accurate records of stock and payment taken
- Attend all induction training sessions and ongoing training as required
