Roles:

  • To cook a weekly hot halal lunch to be ready at 1pm with a budget of £25 for up to 35 people.
  • To keep note of allergens.

Requirements:

  • To complete Food and Hygiene Level 2 training provided by ACH, needed before you can start.
  • Standard DBS.
  • Informal or formal experience of cooking for larger groups.

Support:

  • Training offered.
  • Ingredients provided.
  • Support from staff, including regular check-ins with a manager, Alice Green.
  • Full induction – you will visit the Hub and be shown the kitchen and facilities.
