Roles:
- To cook a weekly hot halal lunch to be ready at 1pm with a budget of £25 for up to 35 people.
- To keep note of allergens.
Requirements:
- To complete Food and Hygiene Level 2 training provided by ACH, needed before you can start.
- Standard DBS.
- Informal or formal experience of cooking for larger groups.
Support:
- Training offered.
- Ingredients provided.
- Support from staff, including regular check-ins with a manager, Alice Green.
- Full induction – you will visit the Hub and be shown the kitchen and facilities.
