At Girlguiding, through fun, friendship, challenge and adventure we empower girls to find their voice, inspiring them to discover the best in themselves.
We are an active Girlguiding team who run Rainbows (4-7yrs), Brownies (7-10yrs), Guides (11-14yrs) and Rangers (14-18yrs) groups for girls in North West Bristol (Westbury Park, Horfield, Bishopston, Ashley Down, Henleaze, Cotham).
We are looking for volunteers and potential unit leaders to help support and run our weekly meetings for the young people in the area. Each unit runs an engaging and educational programme for members, teaching life skills through fun activities as the members work towards badges and awards. If you would like to volunteer to support one of our sections please get in touch. Full training is provided and we are very focused on providing transferable skills for all our members and other volunteers. You can gain experience and skills in leadership, teamwork, working with young people, organisation and communication and have fun along the way!
