Do you enjoy gardening and spending time with people? We’re looking for a volunteer to help bring life back to a large raised bed at our Hornbeam service in Bradley Stoke. Right now, it’s not being used—and we’d love your help to change that!
What will you be doing?
- Work alongside the people we support to plant and care for the raised bed
- Share basic gardening tips and enjoy time outdoors
- Help create a space everyone can enjoy
You don’t need to be an expert—just have some basic gardening skills and a willingness to work alongside others. Staff will always be present to support you, and all plant costs will be covered by our donation budget (already approved!).

For all our volunteer roles a DBS check will be carried out and we will request two references. All volunteers will need to complete online volunteer training in preparation for your role. You will be supported by both the volunteer team and a designated member of staff in the service too.
