The Visitor Centre at Underfall Yard is where the public can explore the story of the boatyard, watch the hydraulic machinery in action, and soak in the atmosphere of the Floating Harbour. As a volunteer, your role would be to welcome visitors, answer their questions, and support them to make the most of our activities and interactive exhibits.

Your support will allow us to share the working harbour's story with the community and raise donations for the Underfall Yard Trust, to preserve this historic site for future generations.

Full induction and learning materials provided. Regular and occasional shift patterns available. We are particularly interested in hearing from people who are available Tuesday-Sunday.
