We're looking for volunteers to help run our over 60s group 'Silver Explorers'. The group has been running for several years and meets every Friday morning from 10am to 12noon. The activities they do include JigSaws, Carpet Bowls, Chair Yoga (run by a yoga teacher), Board Games, Talks, Music Appreciation, Journaling and Photo Sharing. There are always hot drinks and a snack on offer.

We have a Community Lunch served from 12noon which the attendees can join in with if they wish.

We are looking for volunteers who like engaging in conversations, building relationships and setting up simple activities.

We would complete a DBS check for you if you enjoy the sessions and plan to come regularly.
