About the Opportunity
Camp Birch 2025 is a free or pay-what-you-can nature-based programme for young adults aged 18–25 who are feeling low, disconnected, or ready for a fresh start. It’s designed to support mental health, build community, and explore what matters most — especially through the winter months.
The journey includes:
• Two immersive nature camps
– Intro Camp: 5–7 September 2025 (2 nights)
– Reflection Camp: 2–5 April 2026 (3 nights)
• Monthly evening sessions (Aug 2025 – Mar 2026)
– Confidence and skill-building
– Peer support and reflection
– Try out new wellbeing and connection practices between sessions
The programme is run by The Birch Collective, experienced facilitators in youth development, wellbeing, and outdoor learning. It’s a small, supportive group, and all food, equipment, and transport are included.
We welcome returning participants — preference is given to those who have previously attended Birch sessions. No experience necessary, just a willingness to give it a go.
