The Birch Collective primarily works alongside 16-25s, experiencing mental ill-health or social isolation.
Our primary goal is to support people of all ages to build confidence, resilience, and motivation — empowering them to make positive changes in their lives. We do this by encouraging a deeper connection with nature, with themselves, and with the wider community through group experiences in the natural world.
We set up five years ago to support 16–25 year olds and now work intergenerationally, welcoming adults of all ages into our programmes.
We run:
Fresh Air Thursdays — a weekly land-based skills and wellbeing group
ReCoupe: Working Woods — every Tuesday, offering practical woodland and forestry skills alongside wellbeing support
Residential camps and a variety of bespoke outdoor programmes
