As part of the 14-24 Team, you’ll support volunteers in the Explorer and Network Sections, helping shape experiences that are inclusive, community-focused and driven by the voices of young people.
As a team, you’ll coordinate and support high-quality events and experiences for young people aged 14–24 within Cabot District
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver programme events (activity days, expeditions, social events, award support, etc.)
- Support young people to shape and lead events
- Coordinate logistics, venues, risk assessments and activity planning
- Work collaboratively with other volunteers to ensure safe delivery
- Evaluate events and gather feedback to improve future provision

- Able to motivate and empower young people
- Confident managing logistics and timelines
Time Commitment
Varies seasonally; approx. 1–2 hours per week, with increased time around events.
