Young and Free, is a “buddying” and befriending service for disabled young people with physical and sensory impairments aged 16-25 in the Bristol area.
As well as group wide events in a range of locations we also can offer a social outlet on a 1:1 basis which we actively encourage.
We do a range of activities including:
- Bowling
- Theatre trips
- meals out

We are looking for befriending champions to help support our work and provide our members with a friendly face and someone to talk to and share their interests with.
Volunteering looks great on CVs and references can be obtained on request after you have committed a minimum of 10 volunteering hours.
The hours you donate will be tracked and recorded and certificates of thanks and recognition are given out on a regular basis.
