Our aim is to encourage young physically and/or sensory disabled people between the ages of 16-25 yrs

Young & Free (Y&F) is a charity that is run by, and for, people with physical and/or sensory disabilities. Our aims are: to enhance quality of life, provide companionship for isolated disabled people and support families caring for young disabled people at home. We assist disabled people aged 16 to 25 years throughout Bristol who have limited social opportunities due to their disability by offering a variety of social activities and events aimed at overcoming isolation and social exclusion and promote positive mental health and well-being through support and activities we offer
