Ablaze are looking for a reliable and organised volunteer to support our team by helping to process online DBS checks for our volunteers. This role is vital in ensuring that our volunteers are safely and efficiently onboarded so they can make a positive impact.
This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and the chance to gain valuable administrative experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting with the administration of online DBS checks for volunteers
- Ensuring information is handled accurately and confidentially
- Keeping simple records up to date and flagging any issues to the team
What We’re Looking For
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Clear and friendly communication skills
Time Commitment
Flexible – we’re happy to discuss what works best for you (ideally 2-3 hours during the working day per week). This role can fit around work, studies, or other commitments.
