My name is Chen Xinyue. I’m 21-year-old and currently studying at the University of Bristol in the UK with a major in education studies and a minor in Psychology. I conducted three online surveys and designed and organised a psychology experiment. Therefore, I have abilities to operate Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Forms. One month's teaching experience in New Oriental during the summer vacation of 2020 enabled me to learn and improve my interpersonal, communication and coordination skills. The one-month internship in a law firm helped me become more proficient in using Excel and other software and improved my ability of information processing and integration, which I think is very needed for the role of HR assistant. One-year teaching assistant in a particular school has improved my teamwork ability and made me more confident and able to cope with pressure and emergencies. Although I have little experience, I have a strong desire to learn. And want to leave my comfort zone. I hope to practice what I have learned in class on a more extensive and excellent platform to understand my future career development direction better and improve my communication, information processing and time planning skills.
