I have travelled and cooked all over Europe and South America. I am trying to move towards something else. I have a BSc in Environmental Sciences that I haven't really used but have been taking some courses geared towards teaching perhaps first assisting in the classroom. However qualifications are one thing, experience is all and since COVID I haven't been as engaged with others as much as I once was. So any vaguely relevant opportunities would be welcome.
