I used to work in System support for University of Bristol, helping their staff and post graduate students use their accounting and HR system. before that I did a similar role at Lloyds Bank helping their finance staff use their accounting system. I have had my own PC for more than 30 years, so understand how isolated you can be without some technical support. I have also had a smart phone for about 10 years. I am 66 years old so can relate to your client base.
