I'm 51 years old, work for myself and have time on my hands that I would like to use meaningfully.

I have a particular interest in making the lives of elderly people less lonely.

I'm also interested in helping with autistic / neurodiverse children (though I have limited experience beyond friend's children)

I've held relatively senior roles in research and brand consultancy and run my own business for the last 7 years.

I have a lot of experience in running workshops and events, analysis and creating and delivering presentations
