I have several year experience working in administrative and customer service roles, in public and private sectors. I can perform with confidence a variety of office-related tasks such as answering emails and phone calls, planning working shifts, organising quotes and documentation for shipping orders and materials, booking tickets, reserving accommodation and organizing rental transportation, stock control and checking sales, recording and processing accurate customer information and data (related to health provision).
I studied art and fashion and worked many years as graphic and textile designer for the design and fashion sector.
I love working with people and I have had several experiences in teaching and facilitating workshops for communites and public institutions.
I worked also as social media officer in a travel agency projecting and making contests and events.
As artist in 2014 I took part to the Bristol Puppet festival and designed, curated and produced, for an art fair in italy, my own exhibition on the history of haute couture making dresses and jewellery in papier-mâché. I volunteered as a wardrobe technician at the Fondazione Lirico-Sinfonica Petruzzelli in Italy and my first time, this year, at the Summer Fair at St Werburghs City Farm.
I enjoy the opportunity to work in a team setting as everyone has a different yet valuable perspective to come up with collective approaches to achieving the greatest and postive outcomes for the team. Previous work experiences as a supervisor at Stock Shop, have allowed me to supervise a team, motivate others to achieve their goals fulfil their potential and be proactive.
In my current role, I am working in an international environment in direct contact with various stakeholders. This has helped me to develop my communication skills and ability to liaise with people at all levels.
