I recently moved from Cambridge to Bristol where I worked as a chef and baker for a local delicatessen that focused on sustainable food. I am passionate about food and sustainability and am interested in issues pertaining to food poverty and insecurity, food education for children and families, institutionalised and local food systems, and food waste.
