Fighting food waste, feeding families

Our vision is a sustainable food system where no-one goes hungry.
Our mission is to feed people nourishing, healthy soup, distribute food to those who need it and raise awareness about the environmental and social consequences of food waste.
 
Secret Soup Society is a volunteer-led community food project and social enterprise based in North Bristol. We turn surplus food into nutritious meals for local communities, working to reduce food waste and improve access to good food. Alongside our weekly cooking sessions, we rescue and redistribute surplus produce, run community food projects and are developing our no-dig permaculture allotment project, Roots to Soup, to help grow a more sustainable local food system.
