Fighting inequality through literacy, reigniting a culture of reading for pleasure

I am Rachel, Project Officer at National Literacy Trust for National Year of Reading 2026 — an ambitious initiative to reignite a culture of reading for pleasure across the UK. I live in Glastonbury, Somerset and am looking to recruit "Literacy Champion" volunteers across the South West to activate the project locally.
