I am a retired chemistry teacher. I worked Brunel Technical college for many years and then was Education Officer at the Exploratory Science Centre at Temple Meads until its closure in 1999. I then worked with ExploerDome taking science shows to schools throughout the South West until an accident in 2009 made me paraplegic.  I volunteered at Bristol Zoo until its closure and I now volunteer in the Wildlife and Geology galleries at the City Museum
