Community Building Officer - Outreach

My role is supporting Nathalie Sherring - Regional Capacity Building Manager and the main aim of the team is to support Black and racially minoritised community organisations become more sustainable in the future. To grow their organisation and to have a voice in local decision making processes. The support is provided mainly on a one to one basis by Nathalie, but we also deliver monthly training sessions, funders events and funders surgeries to build relations between groups and funders and demystify funding for those groups. Support provided in the following areas: business planning, fundraising strategy, communication strategy and monitoring and evaluation.  My email is community.development@bswn.org.uk
