Energetic, motivated and mission driven. I'm outgoing and keen to help out, especially in areas of deprivation and poverty, doing whatever I can to help people. I have a clean driving license, fairly practical in terms of DIY stuff, a reasonable gardener and am used to working with people with a variety of backgrounds. In my role I coach and help younger staff members develop / manage stress, as well as being overall team leader. I have a full time job, but very happy to help out of hours, weekends and take half days where necessary
