LGBT+ young people's charity

 Our mission is to empower young people to champion LGBT+ equality. 

We recruit LGBT+ young people aged 18–25 and partner with prestigious employers to train them to be school role models and LGBT+ workplace leaders.

We send our volunteers into schools to champion LGBT+ equality, we support schools to run LGBT+ and ally groups, and we organise a national campaign, School Diversity Week

We help schools meet the requirements of the Equality Act and Ofsted’s Personal Development, Welfare and Behaviour framework
