I am a highly experienced registered nurse, and a mature postgraduate international student, who specialised in the health and wellbeing of international students during my recent Master in Research in Health and Wellbeing at the University of Bristol (July 2022). I have a work permit to work in the UK and I am keen to work in a role providing mental health and wellbeing support.

I have experience working as Registered Nurse in the US from 2002-2020 in a variety of direct and non-direct care roles in both hospital and non-hospital based settings in the states of Ohio, Arizona and North Carolina. I also have lived experience from my recent post graduate degree completed at the University of Bristol in July 2022.  Specific skills include:

VOLUNTEERING:

BNSSG COVID Vaccination Programme: Administered booster COVID vaccinations to a diverse population of the patients registered with Healthwest Primary Care Network in Bristol intermittently from 05/2021-12/2021. I provided reassurance and emotional support to individuals of diverse backgrounds during the COVID 19 pandemic.
