Bristol City Council's (BCC) Community Resources team sit within the Communities & Public Health service.
We work with community development colleagues and organisations to enable positive social action and connection across the city of Bristol.
This includes management and development of Can Do Bristol volunteer platform; Voluntary and Community Sector (VCSE) investment and grants including the Bristol Impact Fund; and the coordination of Area Committees and community meeting funding.
Our team can offer 55 volunteer hours a year in skills or time through BCC Paid time off to Volunteer (which is 1 day volunteering leave annually).
