Hi there, my name is Jason I'm 45 years young & a practicing Buddhist, I'm a father of two lovely boys both in there teens, I have a wonderful fiancee and a soon to be step son who's also in his teens. 

I'm currently looking for work but wanting to do something different! I joined the military many years ago when I'd left school and have then done various jobs including engineering, hospital porter and postie.

Fairly recently I have also volunteered as a mental health champion within Royal mail and also as a peer support worker for a Bristol based mental health organisation working around recovery based practices.

What I would like to do is something that's more people based rather than profit driven with main interests being mental health or social care support type roles, maybe community based projects or working with Youth based support groups, I'm really quite open minded and would be willing to try most things. I also love nature and being outside so environmental based roles would be great.

I love walking hiking, camping wild included, reading trying to play my thumb drum or harmonica, and hopefully soon a little squash! Yet to been seen.

 

Anyway there's a little about myself. I'm looking forward to meeting some lovely kind new people 🙏💫
