Cats Protection is the UK’s largest cat welfare charity. The charity works to improve the lives of cats and to support the people who care for them. Every year Cats Protection helps thousands of cats by providing safe shelter, food, veterinary care, and opportunities for rehoming. Each month more than 1,600 cats rely on the charity for essential support. The organisation operates through a nationwide network of volunteer‑run branches, centres, and charity shops.
