I'm Heidi

I am a business engagement executive at Business West. I work on the Local Skills Improvement Plan Project - funded by the Department for Education. I engage with local businesses within Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire and the West of England and North Somerset through facilitating focus groups and 121 discussions to understand business needs and skills gaps to support workforce development in the region.

I am passionate about supporting women in the workplace and in 2021 I trained as a life coach to support women to build confidence and career clarity to take big action.

In my free time, I am a member of Bristol Amateur Operatics Society and perform regularly at the Redgrave Theatre, Clifton, in musical theatre shows. I also enjoy dance, yoga, running and strength training.
