i am currently an undergraduate psychology student at the university of bristol with a passion for creative pursuits

My name is gracie, and i’m currently in my second year of studying psychology at the university of bristol. i am very passionate about the intersection between art, creativity and me natal health. Art has always been very important in my life and has always been a positive form of expression for me and a way to connect with others. i love seeing how creativity can help people connect and communicate in unique ways. Some of. my favourite forms of part are pottery, glass fusing, painting and film making. i have previously been involved in volunteering for a youth theatre where u assisted in running creative sessions with children. this role helped me reinforce my belief of the value of art and creativity on wellbeing. i have also been involved in a film making groups that encouraged collaboration and collective creativity. i also have a strong love for animals which intersects with the themes of my art. i believe bring in the presence of animals can provide comfort, support and compassion ship. i would love the opportunity to contribute to both creative and animal related opportunities. following my psychology degree, I hope to pursue a career in art therapy, working with children and people with disabilities. i’m passionate about using creativity to support communication expression and joy.
