Chew Valley Gadget Busters was set up about 12 years ago by AgeUK and aimed to provide older people with help with their digital devices. These are normally software related and you don't need to be a 'professional' IT person, just someone who is interested in IT and has a reasonable skill set/knowledge of software, devices etc.
