I am a trained post 16 teacher with 20yrs experience of working with a range of young people with different learning needs aged 16+

I am also an experienced plant based chef, with a level 2 hygience cert and experience of running refreshments at events, running my own pop-up restaurant and demo-ing recipes at public events. I can teach the skills to others as well as create plant based food in a professional setting.

I am an experienced horticulturalist with an interest in growing my own food. I am currently training to lead horticultural projects focused on growing food and facilitating learning with a wide age range.
