Trainee gardener and employment support/coaching professional

I am starting out in a gardening career. My goal is to set up a community interest company or social enterprise which helps people who have faced disadvantages to get into "green jobs" (gardening/grounds maintenance/tree surgery).

I previously worked for a charity, running employment programmes and liaising with companies to get them to employ individuals who have faced disadvantages.

I am interested in meeting people with similar goals. I am also available most evenings for volunteering.
