A community-led org improving inclusion & equality for autistic people in Bristol & nearby areas. Creating spaces where everyone can thrive.

We deliver high-quality autism and neurodiversity training to individuals, families, businesses, education providers, and public sector organisations. Our training challenges outdated and deficit-based views of autism, replacing them with informed, practical, and inclusive approaches that reflect real lived experience.

Alongside training, we provide mentoring and support services for autistic young people and adults. Our mentoring focuses on building confidence, self-understanding, and self-advocacy, while supporting individuals to navigate education, employment, health services, and wider society. We also deliver workshops for individuals and families, creating safe spaces to explore identity, wellbeing, communication, and everyday challenges.
