Between the Westcounrty and London I've had a varied career – In each role I've naturally fallen into a supportive position for my team and customer service relations.
 
I'm looking for a career change with a strong urge to give back to the community. I am dyslexic myself and have been through challenges in my life which has strengthened my feelings of empathy & compassion for others that may need help or assistance.
 
I have a welcoming and friendly nature and believe that nurturing a calm, caring working environment leads to more positive outcomes for the welfare of the team and the individuals within it.
 
I have strong interpersonal skills and a bubbly personality. In many roles I've physically dealt with the general public to good effect. When managing customer services i've demonstrated a natural ability to communicate in a  kind, respective and effectively manner be it face to face, via telephone or in writing.
 
Through challenging experiences in life I've maintained a calm and unflustered approach which i feel i can bring to a professional or supportive role given the right opportunity.
