The MAZI Project is a youth-led charity empowering disadvantaged 16-25 year olds through food
We are the MAZI project. We support care leavers, young asylum seekers, youth recovering from homelessness and fleeing domestic violence. Our Mission: For every young person to feel love through food We use the dinner table and the notion of breaking bread to help reduce isolation, build confidence and make those in need feel cared for and extraordinary. We create and deliver 90 FREE meal kit boxes around Bristol every Tuesday to empower our box members to eat well and learn how to cook from home. We also run community cooking classes free to attend for any of the MAZI community. The classes are held at our brand new community kitchen space in Bedminster.
