ACE Neighbours project co-ordinator

The St Monica Trust is running the ACE Neighbours project in the Filwood/Knowle West and Lawrence Hill areas of Bristol. We match volunteers aged over 60 with isolated older people who want to get out more, find community activities and meet new people. Volunteers support people until they feel reconnected with their community.
