Provide Independent Visitor services to looked after children and young people

Become a positive role model for a young person today! ​

​Reconstruct are currently seeking independent visitors who can support and befriend a young person in care between ages of 8-18. 

Commit to around three hours once a month, every month and build a long-term positive relationship with a vulnerable child or young person. ​

What we expect from you:

  • Build a trustworthy relationship with a young person between ages 8-18
  • Spend 3-4 hours every month together, for a minimum of 2 years
  • Share activities and 1:1 time

We offer a full support package including the training you need for this role and expenses reimbursed. We will also carry out enhanced DBS checks as part of our safer recruitment process.
