Community Pioneer

I am a Community Pioneer for central Bristol co-ordinating a project called Your City Your Space (@ycysbristol) which is part of a network of communities funded by The Flourish Framework (https://www.flourishbsgc.org.uk/). The aim of the project is to create spaces of genuine connection, belonging and support where people can be their most authentic self, and in doing so find space to decompress, discombobulate and dissect life's big questions. YCYS is a Christian-ethos movement, that prioritises inclusion and collaboration between all peoples of all faiths or none. As a queer-identifying person of faith I understand what it can feel like to be excluded and endeavour to build communities and space where all can feel welcome.
