Children's Hospice at Home Charity

WHO ARE JESSIE MAY?

Our specialist Jessie May nurses provide specialist at home care for children and young people that have a terminal or life-limiting condition throughout the South West. We have been providing free specialist at home support since 1996, and it is only through the generosity of our supporters that we can continue to be there for families for many years to come.

Currently 208 children and their families receive our specialist practical, emotional and bereavement support across the South West. Our nurses are there every step of the way and although we can't change the outcome, we can improve the journey.
