St Mary Redcliffe Church works with young people and the wider community to facilitate inspiring activities that enrich young lives, provides informal learning and supports active participation in the local area. Our vision is for Redcliffe to be the best place for a child or young person to grow up.
We are looking for creative and wide-ranging solutions to some of the challenges faced by young people in Redcliffe, using the resources in the local area and the church. The first phase of the project was to find out what young people’s needs are. We are now into the second phase, developing activities meet those needs.
We have a weekly youth group for children aged 8-13 where young people meet friends, take part in new activities and have the opportunity to speak to a trusted adult.
