We have two shops located in Stokes Croft and Bedminster and the majority of our enterprise income is generated through these. We need an enthusiastic individual to help us display our stock in visually appealing ways and to ensure our rotation processes are working effectively. Experience in retail would be desirable as our Bedminster Shop is off-site and you may be required to work with more independence alongside the companions rota'd there.
Part of our support model is offering work experience to our service users (companions), therefore you will be working side by side with our companions, contributing to their development as well as to the success of the shops. We are particularly interested in offering volunteering opportunities to those looking to boost their own development as part of their employment goals.
