Hi, I am a trainee CBH therapist. Currently looking for people who are interested to learn more about themselves and gain practical tools to overcome their challenges.

How It Works:
• 100% free (normally £40+)
• You’ll help me grow by offering anonymous feedback
• 1:1 sessions online (Zoom)
• Open to anyone aged 18–30
