Oxfam Cotham Hill in Redland, Bristol is looking for volunteers to join our small, but friendly team.

We are hoping to reopen our doors on 12/04/20 in line with Government guidelines and are looking for volunteers to work a preferably consistent shift pattern, either 9.30-1.30 or 1.30-5.30 any day of the week.

We have a variety of roles available within the shop; till work and customer service, admin duties, back of house sorting and pricing, visual merchandising, assisting in the adjacent online shop, specialist roles ie. in antiquities/ books, and much more! So you can either get involved in a bit of everything or pick your preference and we'll work around what most suits you.

We have a lovely team in place currently but just need more helping hands to cope with demand and make as much money for a worthy cause as we can, especially after such an unpredictable year! We have Covid cleaning guidelines etc in place so it's a safe environment, but please ask if you would like any more information on this.

As well as regular volunteer positions, we also take on voluntary interns, students and Duke Of Edinburgh as the Manager is DBS enhanced.

So, if you fancy coming in for a trial shift in a rewarding, exciting and varied atmosphere then get in touch. Whether this is to further you qualifications, improve your language, make new friends, learn new skills, keep busy, or do a good deed, you can be sure to have a fun and interesting experience in our store.

If this sounds interesting to you then please apply, I will then be in touch to progress with our safeguarding checks by sending you an application form and requesting 2 references, as soon as these come back we can look at getting you booked in and hope that you love it like we do.

We look forward to hearing from you :)
