Have you got strong leadership skills? Do you enjoy organising or planning? Are you great with people? Are you a social/digital media whiz? Or are you more of a creative? You might even want to develop your skills in any of these areas?

We need you to join our friendly team to support our MND community by raising awareness, campaigning for change, raising funds and facilitating support for people with MND and their families in the Bristol, Bath and Weston area.

Together we can beat MND.

We are looking for volunteers across a variety of roles so whatever your skills and experience and however much time you have to give we would love to hear from you.

You don’t need personal experience of MND but a can do attitude and willingness to get involved with other volunteers will make you a real asset to our team!

If you choose to give your time to the MND Association you will receive a full induction into your role and any travel expenses will be reimbursed.

To find out more about getting involved please contact ellen.murdock@mndassocaiiton.org

About us

MND is a fatal, rapidly progressive disease that affects the brain and spinal cord. It attacks the nerves that control movement so muscles refuse to work. It can leave people locked in a failing body, unable to move, talk and eventually breath. It kills a third of people within a year and more than half within two years of diagnosis, and it has no cure.

The MND Association was founded in 1979. Our mission is to improve care and support for people with MND, their families and carers. We also fund and promote research that leads to new understanding and treatments and brings us closer to a cure for MND.
