We are looking for volunteers for our 20 years of Artspace Lifespace alongside our annual Open Studios at The Island, in Bristol city centre.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience of working within the arts. Our open weekend is an established staple of Bristol's thriving arts scene. The Island houses artist studios, a gallery space, a dance studio, a circus space and hosts regular club nights in the basement.
We are looking for volunteers to support with invigilation, evaluation, documentation, welcoming visitors, and event support.
In exchange, we can offer a meal whilst on shift, experience, an invite to our private view, and an opportunity to network and connect with creatives, and it should be fun too!
The open weekend is from Friday 16th - 18th October 2026. There are a variety of shifts available, from 4-6 hours. Volunteers can commit to x2 shift.
