St Pauls Advice Centre is looking for people who represent the communities we serve to become Trustees, especially those with lived experience of social inequality or living in our catchment area (BS2, BS5, Fishponds, or Montpelier).
Do you feel a strong connection to your local community and understand the needs of local people? Would you like to help shape an organisation that has supported local people for over 50 years, and ensure it continues to serve the local community in the best possible way?
If your answer is ‘yes’ then this could be the role for you!
Becoming a Trustee is a voluntary role, with benefits for you, your CV, and your community.
The Board of Trustees meets once every 6 weeks (about 8 times a year). Meetings are on a weekday evening, and last around 2 hours. There are some tasks that need doing between meetings. Total time commitment is around 5 hours per month.
