Description

Join the Team Behind the Team

As Brislington FC continues to grow, so does the team behind the scenes.

We’re expanding our Operations Team and looking for passionate volunteers who want to make a real difference to our club and community. Whether your strengths are organising events, welcoming supporters, maintaining our facilities, creating unforgettable matchday experiences or helping drive new initiatives, there’s a place for you.

These roles are at the heart of everything we do. They help create the atmosphere on matchdays, keep Ironmould Lane looking its best, strengthen our connection with the local community and ensure every supporter has the best possible experience.

STADIUM & FACILITIES

Help us keep Ironmould Lane looking its best.

We’re looking for a volunteer to join the team and help maintain our stadium and clubhouse throughout the season.

Behind every great matchday is a huge amount of work that goes on during the week. This is an opportunity to play a vital role in keeping our home looking its best for players, volunteers and supporters alike.

The role could include:

* General stadium and clubhouse maintenance
* Painting, decorating and small repairs
* Keeping the ground tidy and presentable
* Helping prepare the stadium ahead of matchdays
* Reporting or assisting with larger maintenance projects
* Supporting ongoing improvements around the club

We’re looking for someone who:

* Enjoys practical, hands-on work
* Takes pride in maintaining high standards
* Is reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Has DIY, maintenance, trade or grounds experience (helpful but not essential)
* Wants to make a lasting difference at a growing community football club

The role is flexible and can fit around your availability, with opportunities to help during the week and occasionally before home fixtures.
